You are such a cool and good dad. When Rylee and I were thinking about having kids, I looked to the other dads in my life for examples and advice, and you are genuinely one of the best ones I know. You're a strong leader for your boys, a protector for Macie, and you do it with love. I'm so lucky to be in this family with you. I've loved hanging out with you at Camp on the Tramp and I hope we get to do another one soon!! Let's hang out more, and soon! We can talk more random math and physics problems that come up when you're bored at work!

HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY FRED!!! Dear Dear Fred, How in the world can you be 40???!!! I’m SO glad that you were born and came into our lives. I’m not exactly sure of the day I actually got to meet you back in the fall of 1993. I do know that you met our Greg very shortly after we moved into our house on the now infamous Franwood Drive. Fred, In my eyes, you are the greatest human being on the face of the earth. You are my greatest and truest friend. You have a gift of helping others have the confidence to be brave, be themselves, laugh and see the beauty in everything around them. The lens in which you view life is contagious and makes others want to be around you all the time.  I learn from you everyday and you are the smartest person I know. The kids will often ask me questions about science, history, physics, math... that I don't know the answer to. I don't know why they keep asking me when most of the time I don't have answers for them. But I always say, "Dad would probably know, ask him" and almost every time, you know the answer.
