Happy birthday! I've been told turning forty is a big deal. It's the big 4-0!  However, I suspect you're approaching this milestone with great finesse just as you would anything else in your life. No, not Cisco Finesse. Jeeze! Not everything is about work, Fred. 

 

But, at work:

·       You set the bar high for yourself and expect the same of others. 

·       You lead with vision and inspiration.

·       You think big and encourage us to do the same.

 

For those reasons and many more, its been truly awesome to work on your team for the last few years and have you as a leader within our organization. Thanks for all you do and cheers to making forty your jam this year!

HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY FRED!!! Dear Dear Fred, How in the world can you be 40???!!! I’m SO glad that you were born and came into our lives. Fred, In my eyes, you are the greatest human being on the face of the earth. You are my greatest and truest friend. You have a gift of helping others have the confidence to be brave, be themselves, laugh and see the beauty in everything around them. The lens in which you view life is contagious and makes others want to be around you all the time.  I learn from you everyday and you are the smartest person I know. The kids will often ask me questions about science, history, physics, math... that I don't know the answer to. I don't know why they keep asking me when most of the time I don't have answers for them. But I always say, "Dad would probably know, ask him" and almost every time, you know the answer.
