Man, Fred where do I start. Let me first begin by welcoming you to the old club! It all began at Valencia Marketplace T-Mobile where you were lucky enough to work for me and I was gracious enough to let you do everything. When we weren’t busy dominating performance, there was definitely time for practical jokes. I still can’t get that image out of my head of you on stage in that Rocky outfit. And then came the day where you got a girlfriend and I remember thinking, wow someone likes you. 

In all seriousness, we have gone through lots of milestones together. I was able to witness the wedding of you and Kirsten and see the four kids you have raised. I am truly grateful for our friendship over the years and have learned a lot from you. You are a dedicated, hard working father and have done an incredible job taking care of your family. Wishing you a happy 40th birthday!

HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY FRED!!! Dear Dear Fred, How in the world can you be 40???!!! I’m SO glad that you were born and came into our lives. I’m not exactly sure of the day I actually got to meet you back in the fall of 1993. I do know that you met our Greg very shortly after we moved into our house on the now infamous Franwood Drive. Fred, In my eyes, you are the greatest human being on the face of the earth. You are my greatest and truest friend. You have a gift of helping others have the confidence to be brave, be themselves, laugh and see the beauty in everything around them. The lens in which you view life is contagious and makes others want to be around you all the time.  I learn from you everyday and you are the smartest person I know. The kids will often ask me questions about science, history, physics, math... that I don't know the answer to. I don't know why they keep asking me when most of the time I don't have answers for them. But I always say, "Dad would probably know, ask him" and almost every time, you know the answer.
