It has been great to work with you for more than 10 years at both T-Mobile and Confie.  I’ve enjoyed watching you grow and develop as an executive. Through the years you have brought great joy to all of the people and teams you touch. Your burning desire to always make things better and having fun doing it is terrific. 

 

Your talents are evident beyond your role at work, including being a wonderful husband and father. I enjoy our discussions about the music events, baseball, camping, and your graduation from your “mature” vehicles to now having your very own new pickup truck. Your “Ring Ring Baby” video will always be a key highlight to be remembered.

 

I really appreciate our partnership and value all of the great times we have had together. It’s an honor to work with you. Wishing you all the best as you celebrate your 40th birthday and a long life full of happiness and prosperity!

HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY FRED!!! Dear Dear Fred, How in the world can you be 40???!!! I’m SO glad that you were born and came into our lives. I’m not exactly sure of the day I actually got to meet you back in the fall of 1993. I do know that you met our Greg very shortly after we moved into our house on the now infamous Franwood Drive. Fred, In my eyes, you are the greatest human being on the face of the earth. You are my greatest and truest friend. You have a gift of helping others have the confidence to be brave, be themselves, laugh and see the beauty in everything around them. The lens in which you view life is contagious and makes others want to be around you all the time.  I learn from you everyday and you are the smartest person I know. The kids will often ask me questions about science, history, physics, math... that I don't know the answer to. I don't know why they keep asking me when most of the time I don't have answers for them. But I always say, "Dad would probably know, ask him" and almost every time, you know the answer. Or on the rare occasion you don't, you invite the kids to learn with you. You're such a dynamic, interesting person who seems to know so much.
